Kitchen, Bergisch Gladbach

As part of a house renovation in Bergisch Gladbach, we had the opportunity to plan and realise this kitchen. A wall-to-wall tall cabinet run in soft rosé forms the backdrop of the design. The kitchen island, crafted from oiled oak veneer and positioned in front of it, creates a deliberate contrast, brings warmth into the space and combines all essential cooking functions. The tall cabinet run accommodates all additional appliances and provides generous storage space.

The worktop, undermount sink and Quooker tap are all executed in stainless steel. The material combination of stainless steel, oak veneer and the rosé tone is intentionally subtle.

A particular highlight of the project is the custom-made tile by Palet, whose colour references the tone of the kitchen. Both the back panel of the centrally positioned pocket cabinet and the rear side of the kitchen island with its integrated bar are finished with the striking tile, creating an eye-catching detail that reveals itself on second glance.
